These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aurifan, operated by Auri Sacra Fames LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Aurifan is a fan relationship management (CRM) platform for content creators. We provide tools to track fans, transactions, and engagement across multiple platforms including OnlyFans, Fansly, ManyVids, and Clips4Sale.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

• We offer subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to Starter plan features. No credit card is required. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

6. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURI SACRA FAMES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auri Sacra Fames LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
